Manual Mode
Manually aspirates the sample before measurement using either the Sipper control button or the spectrophotometer software

Aspirate before Measure
Automatically aspirates the sample immediately before measurement when the [Measure] button is pressed

Aspirate after Measure
Automatically aspirates the next sample after measurement to improve workflow efficiency

Calibration
Used to configure Sipper calibration parameters. Changes should only be made by authorized users
