ProTecUV – Sensor

To meet diverse process requirements, ProTecUV is available with wavelengths of 254, 280, 290, 300, and 313 nm, as well as optical path lengths ranging from 1 to 160 mm.

This flexibility supports a wide range of applications, including aromatic compound detection and protein concentration measurement.

Sapphire optical windows provide excellent durability and resistance to chemical corrosion. A wide range of line sizes, process connections, and wetted material options enables easy integration into existing process systems.

During measurement, a reference-channel photodiode (PD) continuously monitors the light source intensity and compensates for output fluctuations, ensuring high accuracy and long-term stability.

The dedicated LED light source offers a lifetime exceeding 10,000 hours, supporting reliable long-term operation.
